    Of Course not! if it’s healthy eating yes it you can eat as normal as Starting with a large breakfast and eating in between some Fruits and Nuts!

  2. Hi, please I need more light on this when saying infused overnight, and not infusing fruits for more than 12 hours. Infusing it overnight is surely more than 12hours.

    • Hey Faith! Either you can keep it for 3-4 hours in the fridge for infusion or overnight. I am sure overnight means 8-10 hours, but not more than 12 hours as fruits started decomposing in water.
      Or you can also do this trick –
      – keep fruits in water for 3-4 hours at room temperature then remove fruits and stored this water in the fridge.
