Like our body, even our face need some exercise to relax the muscles so as to look more defined and young.
Some people suggest that facial muscles are so small to respond to movements.

How to Do Facial Yoga
No doubt, facial yoga help to remove wrinkles, fine lines, laugh lines, under eye bags, puffiness and firm your cheeks to make you look more youthful and beautiful.
Initially, you should start with few repetitions, and increase gradually when you feel that you’re stretching limits is increasing.
I used to do 5 repeats and practice twice a day. But it varies person to person.
Your goal should be to perform a minimum of repetitions until facial muscles tired.
These facial exercises add more freshness to my skin when I include them in my daily skincare routine. So, try these instead of hiding your wrinkles and facial lines under makeups.
For sure constant practice can give you great results.
7 Facial Exercise to Reduce Wrinkles
Try these 7 facial exercises for the glowing and healthy skin.
1. Get Rid of Double Chin and Get Sharpen Jawline
Look up and stretch your neck while sticking your tongue out. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and repeat for 5 times a day.
This will give you sharp jawline and high cheekbones to make your face look more attractive and also help to get rid of double chin. Make sure to return to the normal position to continue the exercise every time.
It promotes the secretion of pancreatic gland hormones that give anti-aging effects on the face.
2. Keep Your Cheeks Firm
To keep your cheeks firm and chubby, fill the air in your mouth and shift it from one cheek to other. Shift it for 5 times and then release the air while making small “O”.
You can practice it anytime to remove the tiredness from your face and will also help to firm your cheeks.
3. Reduce Laughing Lines
This is a simple exercise to reduce your laugh lines and wrinkles around your mouth.
Keep your mouth closed and move your tongue to the sides of your mouth and push against the inside of your cheek. Hold for 5-10 seconds and then slowly move it to another side. Repeat this exercise 3-5 times a day.
You can perform this anywhere and anytime. And for sure you will notice the difference soon.
4. Get Rid of Under Eye Bags
This is one of the funniest but highly effective facial exercises for eyes wrinkles and under eye bags. But make sure you don’t put wrinkles on the forehead while performing.
Look straight and open your mouth in extended O shape. To correct your exercise, check whether you are feeling stretch under the eyes or not.
Without moving your forehead, look up with your eyes for 5 seconds. Repeat 3-5 sets daily to get rid of eyes bags quickly.
5. Prevent Forehead Wrinkles
This forehead smoother exercise will relax your forehead muscles to remove tension and wrinkles lines.
Make a fist with both hands and place the middle and index finger knuckles in the center of your forehead. Put gentle pressure and slide your fists out to each side. Repeat it for 3-5 times a day.
6. Get Rid of Puffy Eyes
Puffy eyes can be due to various reason like sitting on computers for long hours, improper sleep, tiredness, and others. Puffy eyes make you look older and tired.
Open your eyes wide with your eyebrows upward and then blink your eyes number of times. After that moves your eyeballs from left to right, right to left, up and down, down and up, diagonally to all four corners.
Complete your one cycle like this and repeat this for at least 5 times a day.
7. Slim Your Face
If you have round balls face and want to make it slim then fish facial exercise works wonder to firm your cheeks and lips.
Create a fish face by sucking the inside of your cheeks into the gap between sides of your teeth. Fold your lips inside like fish mouth and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat this facial exercise for 5 times a day to tone your lips and cheeks.
