How long can you keep fruit infused water in the fridge?

The time interval depends entirely on the types of fruits and herbs you use. The Best time to enjoy your Fruit-infused water after 2-4 hours or you can infuse it overnight to drink next morning.

After the first batch, you can reuse the same fruit and add another fresh water over it or you can eat the leftover fruits on the bottom and go with another fresh batch (Only if the fruit infused time length is small; i.e.  2-4 hours).

The fruit can be used (typically) up to three times, but it will also depend on the freshness of the fruits you are using and its time interval. If the fruit starts to look bad, it’s best to toss it and start with a fresh batch.

Citrus fruits are best to cut fresh for your batches because the rind can add bitterness to your fruit-infusions. I like to keep my lemons, limes, and oranges fresh for that reason while reusing my berries for several batches.
